Guided by the notion that “a plot of land as an asset is the key to dignity, status in society, food security and a sustainable livelihood”, SRREOSHI started its journey by helping marginalized and socially excluded women living in remote tribal areas towards land and livelihood rights.
Reached about 4000 tribal women Entrepreneurs. Formed 300 Community Based Self-Help Group (SHG) in 50 remote tribal villages, covering Bankura and Burdwan District

Reached out 40 memebers. Education model increase local employability
